1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 777crown3 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 777crown3 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 777crown3, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 777crown3 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777crown3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Contact Details: You must maintain a valid and accessible email address and Philippine mobile number on your account at all times. 777crown3 uses these channels for account verification, transaction notifications, and important service communications.

777crown3 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777crown3 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 777crown3 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at 777crown3's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Currency: All transactions on the 777crown3 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within one (1) business day. 777crown3 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 777crown3 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

777crown3 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers via independently monitored live streams. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the system.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, 777crown3 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. 7. Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 777crown3 Platform without the prior written consent of 777crown3.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777crown3 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by factors outside 777crown3's reasonable control.

777crown3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777crown3 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777crown3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• At the request of the player (voluntary account closure);
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 777crown3 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12. Amendments to Terms

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and 777crown3, you agree to first contact 777crown3 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 777crown3 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 777crown3 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
